The staff was amazing, kind and courteous, always willing to help with a smile. Dian greeted us with the most amazing professional attitude and warmth. The grounds were stunning, secluded in the lush green fields of Ubud, our stay here was magical. A private villa with a private pool. I would definitely recommend this hotel to stay in."
