"The property was tucked away on a quiet side street off the main drag. Very comfortable and very warm, however a fan was available in the wardrobe. Due to the wooden floorboards and the central staircase you can hear every footstep from your neighbours and the floor boards creak badly. Good location and comfortable stay."

"Unique place to stay when your room looks out over the football pitch and stadium. Wouldn’t say it’s a 4* hotel though. Bed was very hard, and the sofa bed for the kids was like them sleeping on springs and they both complained of bad backs the next morning. Staff were friendly and breakfast was ok. All in all for the price and location it’s not bad "

"Easy to find as there are brown road signs directing you in . Parking was great right by the door, on a cool wet day , always a bonus . This is one friendly hotel , the staff are just lovely , always saying hello when you walk past and with a smile too . This is a clean fresh hotel , everything is brand new within , with some improvements to the exterior too ( always looked a bit agricultural when you drove past in the past ) . "Room was nice and bright, with comfy bed. Very disappointed to find cushions on the pillows - last time I stayed here there weren’t any, and I find them really unhygienic. Room was cold despite heating - would have liked a thicker duvet or extra covers. "
