"The hotel is nice and modern. Staff very friendly. Rooms have air conditioning, clean and spacious. One of the nicer hotels in Blackpool. Only negatives about the hotel is the breakfast. Queues for a table and buffet line were a hectic between 8.30 to 9.30. Wasnt a great or big selection and food quality could have been better. Cutlery, mugs, bread, trays and even some of the buffet selection werent always available. Had to always ask staff for top ups. On a daily basis i found trays and mugs...

"We were a family of 4 . Room very spacious, clean, had fresh towels everyday. Made use of the pool which was heated. We had booked hafe board, they do all inclusive if i had known i would had payed the extra. Food was excellent, staff was very friendly couldnt do enough to make yr stay enjoyable.
