Only downside was nothing labelled at breakfast.. as a vegan I didn’t know what I could eat and the staff seemed confused as well, which was disconcerting. There was no hot breakfast for me. I had excellent help from the front desk, Leo and Bram at the bar, excellent and knowledgable Maintenance guy, Michael, who fixed the safe and my luggage, and the room service lady. This hotel is a gem. Very comfortable too. Don’t expect USA size rooms of course, but my 2 stays now were perfectly adequate and comfy.
