"Super hotel. Clean friendly helpful. I had excellent help from the front desk, Leo and Bram at the bar, excellent and knowledgable Maintenance guy, Michael, who fixed the safe and my luggage, and the room service lady. This hotel is a gem. Very comfortable too. Don’t expect USA size rooms of course, but my 2 stays now were perfectly adequate and comfy. There is very nice seating in the 3 lounge areas and further towards the bar area. You can meet the cars too! Complimentary sweets, cakes, coffees all go towards the care and detail given to make a stay memorable. Looking forward to a 3rd opportunity to visit Amsterdam and stay here again. "

The front desk atmosphere and general style of communication is excellent at this Hoxton. Fantastic location, design & atmosphere great breakfast. Will be back there for sure. "This is a very decent hotel for its price category. It has a big proper lobby; receiption staff available 24 hours. Staff was very helpful. "
