"We took a quick trip and stayed only one night. Check-in was a breeze and they had a little bucket of complimentary beer at the front desk. Room was as advertised. Roomy, clean, chic. The only complaint is the price of parking whether self park or valet, but it seems all downtown hotels wherever you go exploit the parking. Valet was about $10 more than self park and after taxes and fees was about $70. Just something to keep in mind. Other than that the stay was perfect. "

"The property is very nice, the room was spacious and luxurious. The shower was one of the largest we’ve come across in a hotel. My only complaint, while not specific to Hotel ZaZa was the price gouging since there was an event in Austin and hotel space was limited."

"I attended a conference in Austin. The hotel is centrally located and I only walked 3 blocks to the conference. I felt safe, the streets are semi-clean, but the hotel provided a great location for my stay. I would definitely stay there again!"

"I like this area better than downtown Austin if you are over 40 and not into college type bars. Cleaner and more upscale. Better to visit downtown with 20 min uber ride per day to go to parks, hiking and hanging out at the different places "
