"The room was clean and comfortable. It was very spacious, which was great for the kid with us. The beds were comfortable. We slept well. The bathroom door did not slide to close, so we had to shower and everything with the door open. No privacy. We parked on the street to avoid paying $39 to park. It was well lit and safe. Upon check out we were charged $4.73 CA Tourism Fee we were not expecting. Overall nice short stay"

"We stayed there for 4 days for an international conference and chose Hard Rock hotel due to proximity to the convention center. The hotel itself was quiet, sleek and modern. Unfortunately, our room was cleaned once despite asking for dally services. Front desk was quick and professional but the valet people were gruff and impertinent. My simple question to ask for their street address seemed to be an imposition. Nobu is closed for lunch and opens 530 which was too late for our purposes, so...
