"The hotel was decent but requires immediate maintenance and upgrades. The furniture in the room was rusty, and there were stains on the carpet. However, the staff was excellent, with Lilian standing out for her exceptional room service. She ensured we always had fresh towels and that our room was thoroughly cleaned throughout our stay."

"Really good place to stay. Breakfast buffet was great, but didn’t get room upgrade or even a room with a bed for a couple. We got 2 twin beds and had to place them together. Still, restaurant and pool was great. The best is the proximity to the beach and their beach services! Really friendly staff too. "

"It's an old property but very comfortable rooms. I wish I could have another extra blanket and a hair dryer but I didn’t requested. I love the gym."

"Great location, English speaking staff, beautiful decor, balcony view frim 11th floor simply breathtaking! Breakfast Buffet had a large selection, Pool, Bar and Restaurant all 5 starts. Security presence 24/7 felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Walkable area with ocean views. Would definitely recommend "

"Special thanks to Philip and Jasmine who work the front desk. Philip helped us get our room earlier than check in time which was great sunce we arrived at 6 a.m. What I didn't like was the inability of English speaking members of staff who worked in key areas. This caused communication issues or misunderstandings. The area felt safe and there are two supermarkets on either side of the hotel"

"I’m giving my rating based on price. The hotel could be amazing if they would just figure out a way to vent the bathrooms out. The rooms get so humid bc there are no fans in the bathroom that anything wet will never dry. It is a shame, bc the hotel seems to be renovated. Also the hotel has no contacts in the tourism business so if you want to do anything touristy, they have no clue."

"POSITIVES Absolutely beautiful view from the room. Very spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious. Staff in the kitchen/servers were so kind to our son. Wifi did not work in our room but staff went above and beyond to have it repaired for us. NEGATIVES A bit awkward at check in. It appeared staff did not know we had a reservation and I had to prove/show our reservation email several times on my phone which was not the smoothest check in after a long day of travel. "

"Two staff members went above and beyond, however all of the others couldn’t hide displeasure with having to wait for us to use Google translate to communicate. We consistently did our best. (When you work in hospitality, wouldn’t you expect that?) There is no area to sunbathe in a clothing optional space. The description felt disengenuous once we determined this. Building is not modern or updated, but is very very basic. Fun parties on weekends though. "
