Our stay here was great - albeit brief due to flying onwards the morning after. The check in staff were kind and courteous and the location opposite the shopping centre was very convenient too. We would stay here again!

It is a practical stay when having an early flight in GIG. The food court on the mall makes everything more enjoyable.

Cheap but not very cheerful
This is a very basic hotel. Had to wait over 10 minutes to check in and on departure it took some time for the employee to understand the request for the bill. The duvet cover was torn on the end and the mattress was very thin. Repairs observed to the shelf and standing water and no ventilation in the bathroom. The location next to the mall was good and it took only approximately 15 mins to get to the airport on a Sunday morning.

Esse hotel está em declínio, comparando as vezes que utilizei nos últimos 5 anos. A cada vez, cai a qualidade, quer do atendimento (os funcionários alegam que o movimento aumentou e os empregados são poucos), das instalações (saboneteiras não funcional, ar condicionado barulhento ...) etc.

O hotel fica dentro do shopping Nova América, o quarto é pequeno e simples mas funcional. Chuveiro bem quente e cama boa mas sem coberta. O dia da hospedagem estava bem movimentado mas o atendimento na recepção da "Kawane" foi terrível. Despreparada, sem educação, debochada e distribuindo grosserias.

Já foi muito melhor....
Achei que o padrão Ibis caiu muito. Travesseiros com cheiro de usados, telefone do quarto sem funcionar, café da manhã caro e muito básico, comida e água muito caros. Não está valendo a pena. No final das contas ficar em redes um pouco mais caras como o Windsor te dá muita qualidade com pouca diferença de valor.
