Worst hotel ever!!! Linens ripped off Room dirty Sanitary seat loose Paid 3 nights stay 2. Spoke to front desk on the first night. They did nothing at all. Same room for the second night. Same dirty same linens not even the did the bed. Horrible

Uma decepção por ser mal frequentado
A estadia teria sido perfeita, não fosse o hotel estar mal frequentado no sábado à noite. Chegamos de um evento de trabalho por volta das 23h e encontramos duas moças de programa deitadas no sofá da recepção como se estivessem em casa, de pernas abertas com suas minúsculas saias. Havia uma música alta, homens bebendo cerveja, falando alto, barulho de garrafas, parecia que estavam em um night club. Eu e minha amiga levamos um susto. Fiquei decepcionada pois durante o dia fomos super bem atendidas. Para quem não gosta de ambientes de baixo nível, não recomendo. E quanto à comida também não gostei. Parece comida congelada, pré-pronta. Nada tem sabor, café da manhã todos os dias igual e com poucas opções.

Tive uma experiência muito agradável no hotel, em questão de localidade, atendimento e café da manhã. Porém o quarto não estava totalmente limpo, parece que quem foi limpar, só arrumou a cama e não varreu o chão, pois tinha poeira, cabelo e papel de chiclete.

Gostei muito do hotel, atende muito bem quem for a uma festa no Ribalta pois fica a poucos passos da casa de eventos. Quarto limpo e muito bem decorado. Achei a iluminação um pouco fraca dentro do quarto, poucas luzes. Café da manhã variado, excelente qualidade. Senti falta de room service, é algo que utilizo muito e o hotel não dispõe.

O custo benefício é muito bom.
Nosso quarto tinha alguns itens carentes de manutenção frequente (persiana do banheiro danificada, blackout danificado). Com relação ao CAFE da manhã é excelente.
