"Hudek-designed building in close proximity to both restaurants and the metro. Housekeeping staff were great, kept us supplied with bottled water and coffee pods for the Nespresso machine. FOH and concierge helped us find our way around (I've been to Shanghai many times, but it's been a few years). All in all, a great stay. "

"This is a fantastic hotel! We flew in on a late flight and then it took us 2.5 hours to get through passport control and to find a taxi (which is a complete con game—download the DiDi app before you come). We didn’t arrive at the hotel until 2 AM and the staff here were so gracious and even gave us a late checkout. Breakfast is simply amazing and if you have children they will love it!
