It was so springy, that you will drench when you lie on the edge and have body pain when you wake up the next day. Had a problem with booking. I booked for 2 adults and 2 children aged 2 & 4. But they booked through another agency and they booked for 2 adults and 2 infants(1 year old). So hotel requested us to pay 3K for an additional child. Though there is nothing...

"Great hotel! Fantastic location, main pool area is so nice! Great cocktails also! The room we had was a little out dated and the shower wasn’t hot hot but our friends had a room closer to the reception which seemed more modern and had a nicer shower/bathroom I would say their room was much nicer. All in all fantastic stay would stay here again! We had a great time. "

"TikTok brought me to this hotel. The pool was great just like people posted but the hotel itself was on the outskirts with nothing nearby and thankfully I only stayed one night. But the view was great! "

"It was close to the beach and my children enjoyed the kids club , they also enjoyed the pools . Breakfast was excellent We had 3 meals at the charm restaurant 2 dinners the had where very good but then we went there for lunch which was not very good asked for water for my son with his kids meal( which are free for under 12 ) which he didnt get and we ordered rice which we didnt get . We stayed for 2 weeks and the kids want to back next year .We would recommend holiday inn phuket as a good place...
