"I stayed in 2 king bedroom 1 queen bunkbed. The unit was so spacious and home-y. All of us had a great time at this place. The pictures look a little more run down than it actually is. AC in every room living room. They provided cleaning service everyday, left water bottles for us everyday. 10-15 mins cab drive from central patong."

"The place was dirty (stained sheets, dirty refrigerator, etc.) with few of the necessities (no soap, no blankets, toilet paper, etc). There was nobody stationed at the reception desk. It looked vacated - did not see other guests or employees. The air conditioner did not work and the place smelled moldy. We left a day early because it was miserable and my family would disagree with the 3 star rating of this hotel."

"Stayed in a Deluxe room with Balcony for 8 nights. Good size room with large bed and safe but limited number of clothes hangers for two people. Issues with aroma from bathroom and water not hot but good pressure. Enjoyed a pleasant break in a good location which was surprisingly quiet considering the numerous hotels located in the Soi. Small swimming pool on the roof. 1.3 metres depth with towels available from reception. "

"We appreciate the reception and the property. The area is walkable, touristry, and a bit expensive. But the overall beauty is worth it with the rooftop pool and several beaches nearby. For the rooms, they are clean with good wifi and awesome showers. The balconies offer great views. The walls are fairly thin and you can hear your neighbor's activity. "

"Fantastic accommodation at this apartment. Best stay I've experienced in Phuket over 6 trips last few years. Spectacular views to the west out across the Andaman Sea. Catch the breezes and see amazing sunsets. Facility amenities are complete, I was provided a great motorbike rental too. Hosts are very helpful with everything, communication is fast and they have complete knowledge of Phuket and can answer any question. Booking was as close to perfection as is possible, looking forward to...

L’adresse est fausse ainsi que le numéro de téléphone pour joindre l’hôte.Arriver sur place nous avons tourner plus de 2h pour essayer de trouver le logement avec toutes nos valises.Aucune nouvelle de l’hôte ainsi que d’expédia.Ne pas réserver ce logement car c’est une grosse arnaque.Aucun remboursement n’a été effectué.Nous avons dû repayer un autre hôtel pour pouvoir se loger. "Beautiful area and property! Communication was easy! I would satay here again! "

"Awful staff communication. It took them 24 hours to bring us toilet paper. Asked around noon. Messages kept getting mixed up, different people replying. Around 6pm they told me it was too late. They understood very little English, which is understandable, except that English speaking is on the listing. When it finally came the next day, they left it outside the door without knocking or letting us know. They wouldn’t bring more paper towels and kept saying we had to pay if we want clean towels....

"We have face electricity problem .we are living there without electricity 24 hour of our tour .Disappointed and disgusted."
