"I like the location but the rooms are very dated and not well kept. Maid service is only once every 3 days so that is problematic. Also a bit overpriced for a property that needs updates. Not enough electrical outlets and internet unreliable."

"The hotel is opposite of the airport. You can walk to the airport like 10 mins. There is 7-eleven close by as well, just like 3 mins walk. The hotel offers airport shuttle. Just need to contact the hotel via WhatsApp and let them know what date and time you will be landing and then you can call them again when you arrive and they will pick you up."

"The Holiday Inn is an excellent hotel close to the beach and Main Street in Patong. Great facilities, spacious rooms and easy free parking if you rent a car. Friendly helpful staff. Only let down was the breakfast - average food quality. They have a cooking station for eggs - the chef there is rather grumpy. Also, he cooks a big batch of fried eggs which he puts on a plate, which goes cold, rather than frying them on request. Wasn’t happy that I asked for hot fried eggs. Maybe next time we will...

"Super nice for the area. Up on a mountain side , so great view of bay and water. Close for taking boat to PhiPhi island, which is a must see. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Bed comfortable and room spacious. "

"Awesome hotel to stay. Great location. When I arrived I noticed it was right in the middle of night life I was concerned about noise. They moved my room to the back nice and quiet. Everyone from front desk to all employees very friendly and accommodating. Restaurant in hotel open 24 hours and food is very good. I will definitely stay here in the future."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, approximately 10 minutes of driving from he phuket old town or phuket central shppoing mall. The pool was really nice and clean. It was often completely empty and we had the whole facility to ourselves. We enjoyed the breathtaking views and the birds singing while we were swimming. Cons: 1. The furniture was a bit old. 2. The neighborhood is not suitable for someone who is seeking a partying experience. But if...
