"Arrived at checkin to find out they didnt have a room. I had paid for the Coast King bed with water view room over a month ago. I was offered a room with 2 single beds! My answer was NO, after 15 minutes waiting and much back and forth i was told they had the room i asked for. All good, not really. I drive a truck and i booked this peoperty because teying to find parking in Victoria is not fun. They have parking but not for a pickup truck. Nothing mentioned on the website? Anyways basically...
