"We enjoyed our stay at Ringwood hall. Our room was very comfortable and we slept well. The bathroom was immaculate and we enjoyed having a bath as well as just a shower. Our room was cold but the receptionist kindly brought over a portable radiator for us which we kept for our stay. We would definitely stay here again."

Things which made me reduce my star rating to good instead of excellent: I’ve stayed with you a total of twelve nights this month due to my best friend have terminal illness and then passing away, so my summary of things to improve have been things I’ve consistently found on each stay: Pillows a bit flat, no room bar fridge, room service didn’t answer on two of my stays.
