"We had a very good family room for 3 people unfortunately it was at the front of the hotel on the main road and after a very noisy first night we asked to be changed to a quieter room the hotel immediately obliged and after packing our stuff the hotel staff moved our stuff for us which was very good "

"We enjoyed our stay overall. It was a little spoiled that the AC was not working in the first room we were allocated. I had paid for an upgrade too.
