"Room was nice and clean, nice TV. Stayed on concierge level. Walked in concierge level 5:00, no one from hotel to greet us, about 20 minutes went by before any staff was available to get us a drink. The music was so loud and distorted, ear piercing. An elderly man decided to have a birthday party with his 12-13 friends, not sure any of the people were actually staying there. Very bizarre. Experience was haphazard at best. "
