"this is an old hotel that has been restored several times. As such, it is NOT a resort like you would get in "new" San Juan. What it doesn't have in bells and whistles it makes up for in warmth and charm. The staff go above and beyond, the location is unbeatable, and the old world ambiance makes for a wonderful stay. My only word of caution is do not drive to the hotel as there is no dedicated parking, and especially on weekends, parking can be a challenge. Will definitely stay there again!"

"It’s a new, very well kept little hotel with a rooftop jacuzzi and restaurant. Views of the bay and a Ferris wheel. It’s not as close to the charming parts of Old San Juan as we wished, but we walked there one day (in about 30 minutes) and the hotel concierge drove us there and picked us up in their “shuttle” (a fun yellow golf cart!) the other times.
