"My stay was really nice, the check in reception staff member was friendly nice and professional. My requests was answered quickly. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was simple but delicious, so a little more varity can help it to become from good to great. "Near congress center Nothing else. Absolutely horrible and condescending attitude of front office. Dinining options - McDonald next door or pizza slices from a mall that one can walk to about a kilometer away. This hotel is not more than two stars."

"Great outdoor pool (should be open until 10pm) and spa area. (indoor pool, hot-tub, different saunas, steam rooms etc.) Property needs some renovations for the rooms (very outdated and worn out) AND an Air Conditioner! It's not okay to put in a tiny little fan to keep the warm air around?! I mostly enjoyed my stay (because I know this hotel/restaurant) but I would not recommend to family and friends. "Das Hotel ist hell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Personal ist aufmerksam und freundlich und liest Einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab. Man fühlt sich wahrlich herzlich willkommen und das in sehr angenehmer Atmosphäre und herrlicher Natur. Wer Idylle und Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig. Das Essen im Hotel war auch gut, wenn auch die Auswahl an warmen Speisen etwas zu wenig war und ich mir auch etwas traditionellere Gerichte gewünscht hätte.
