Mit der Unterkunft im B&B Hotel in Dessau kann man sehr zufrieden sein. Was mir nicht gefiel war der Service beim Einchecken. Ich wollte das Frühstück bar bezahlen - 25,80€ - und gab einen 50€ Schein hin. Als Rückgeld knallte sie mir viele 2 € Stücke hin, die ich leider nicht in mein Portemonnaie unterbekam. Auf meine Frage, was das soll, sagte sie ziemlich schnippig, dass sie keine Euroscheine hätte, was ich mir aber in so einem großen Hotel nicht vorstellen kann. Sie zwang mich somit, mit der Karte zu zahlen. Soll so mit Macht das Bargeld abgeschafft werden? Zum anderen verstehe ich nicht die Frage nach dem Grund meines Aufenthaltes. Abgesehen davon, dass man mein Alter von fast 72 Jahren mir ansieht, dass ich wohl kaum noch beruflich unterwegs bin, finde ich diese Frage generell unangemessen. Es geht wohl keinen was an, warum ich in Dessau bin. Ansonsten hat es mir sehr im Hotel gefallen.

Das Haus ist noch neu und sicher müssen sich die Arbeitsabläufe noch festigen. Der Frühstücksraum ist etwas zu klein gehalten und das "reichhaltige Frühstück" wird seiner Bezeichnung nicht wirklich gerecht. Es ist aber auch nicht so, dass man nichts findet. Man wird schon satt.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise für eine Nacht hier. Der Check-In war schnell und unproblematisch. Das Bett war bequem; die Klimaanlage allerdings etwas laut. Das Frühstück war okay; es wird offenbar gesunde Lebensmittel Wert gelegt. Check-Out war ärgerlich. Nachdem ich 10 Minuten vergeblich an der Rezeption stand, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ein Check-Out gar nicht nötig ist. Das Hinweis-Schild hierfür wurde erst dann aufgestellt. Für eine Nacht zu diesem Preis unschlagbar!

Parkplatz am Hause relativ teuer mit Parkmgmt öffentl. Ppl. günstiger, wenn nicht dauerparker. Zimmer recht klein (okay das Konzept, aber ...). Frühstüchsraum bei totaler Besetzung relativ laut. Aber das ist für den Preis eigentlich okay. Green wave/life = okay

Reception closed earlier than stated.
The reception was supposed to be open until 23:00 in the evening but it was closed at our arrival at 22:30 and this resulted in no access to the hotel parking lot since you needed an access code which you were supposed to get from the reception.
