"Good hotel, well situated next to the train station. Service was good and breakfast was fine. Family room setup was excellent with main room and then twin beds in the attached room. "

"The service at this hotel was absolutely excellent. The included breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and some of the best baked goods I had in Italy. The rooms were very comfortable and the lifts were small but fast which meant not having to wait long. Nice views of the bay at breakfast and from our balcony. Easy to walk to shopping/museum areas. "Great hotel! Staff friendly and helpful, room was great, restaurant and room service were excellent. Only complaint, and not any reflection on the hotel itself, was the location. It's not the most-centrally located property, so you're a bit of a walk from historical sites and other tourist interests. That being said, I never felt unsafe walking in the area at any time. Will definitely be back to Naples and will definitely consider staying again!"

"This hotel is fine. The valet situation is impossible it took nearly an hour for them to find our car upon checkout. Additionally when we checked in they did not have the room I had booked with two beds so we had to change rooms for our second night. The staff was extremely accommodating and polite and it’s possible our issues were singular but I wouldn’t stay again as a result. "
