"Lovely stay here in Stratford. Our room was large with a lovely bathroom and included a balcony, which sadly looked over the police car park! The toiletries were all l’occitane. Check in was quick and easy and communication prior to our stay was good, ensuring we had made parking arrangements and that our diner reservation was arranged. It is situated fairly central so was just a short stroll to either the river and markets, or the town and sites. Dinner was nice, my husbands nicer than mine,...

"Overall great stay, very friendly staff and clean hotel. Found us a table in restaurant whilst event was on which was very nice. Pool area was not very tidy, towels left everywhere as not clear message where to leave them. No conditioner available in gym/pool area, own goal. Room was clean just a bit tied around the edges, small older tv. "

"Last minute booking for an overnight stay. Slow start as there was a mix up during check in and they wanted to charge us even though the room was prepaid. Eventually got to our room and then much, much better. Room was modern, clean and comfortable…apart for the ac that was too hot. Would stay again. "

"Lovely location and very helpful staff. Loved the pool and facilities, but changing areas did feel a bit under loved. Lots of broken lockers and showers. Travelled with a baby so had room service in the evening, which was a very small menu and afraid to say I wasn't blown away with what we ordered. Room was a good size and breakfast was very good in the morning. "
