"I understand with the recent rain some of the cleaning staff couldn’t get to work. We did have to wait for our room, but didn’t mind as the reception staff let us put our bags upstairs. Overall pretty clean as the poor staff had to work extra hard. It was appreciated."

"It is not that bad as described in the previous review. The hotel is quite old and furniture are old, but the room is big and clean. TV/Shower is working properly which is good. There is air con. The bathroom has been refurbished. So everything functions properly. Restaurant is open with varieties, although I didn’t try."

"great value for money. clean free parking friendly staff beware that lots of dogs stay here and it smells of wet dog. they don't have any pet free rooms, so if you have a pet allergy, and if you're nor a fan of the smell of wet hound, you may want to stee clear. "

"The property is situated in a very good location and is very accessible. I know this may sound contrite but the the noise from the motorway does not allow sleeping very well and in this situation better sound proofing would be ideal"

"Nice hotel ideal for my visit to the NEC. Staff all very nice. It looks like the rooms have been recently decorated so a shame updating the furniture a little didn’t feature. The bar area is nice and comfy though. "
