She was exceptionally accommodating and helpful when we had to make some spontaneous changes to our booking due to travel difficulties. "An excellent family weekend to celebrate an 80th birthday. Lovely comfy beds. Good to have two dishwashers. Tumble drier not terribly efficient so a clothes maiden would have been helpful. Overall, a lovely stay."

"Accomodation was clean and comfortable. Needed a play to stay that wasnt too expensive and this ticked the box. Tea and coffee facilities and hand and shower gel in the room. Towels were plentiful and extra pillows also available in the room. A later checkout would make the stay even better. We were out and about so only spent a small amount of time in the room. We walked into moreton in marsh which wasnt too far, about half an hour."

"The property is in an excellent position within easy walking distance of the town centre. Excellent communication with owner. Lovely comfortable bed, plenty of tea, coffee etc. We hope to return"

Upgraded room

"After reporting an issue with my room, I was instantly upgraded by the very helpful staff. Because of this, I had an excellent sleep in a clean and spacious room. All staff were friendly and food was delicious. The hotel itself is located next to the town, so a 10 minute walk to the shopping centre and various restaurants. If it wasn’t for the upgrade, I would have been quite disappointed with the room I received for the money been paid, so I would definitely recommend paying more for a nicer stay/room. Easy access to the train station which was also a 10 minute walk. "
