"I loved my stay at this hilton. The staff took very good care of me. I wish had gotten there names but everyone was so nice and accomidating. I booked a sunrise camel ride at the pyramids that had a driver pick me up at 5:00am in the morning and the security guard( older gentleman) went to make sure my driver was legit before letting me in the car. The food was great and the lounge was relaxing. If i had one complaint js that i hate that the pool closes when the sun goes down. I would have loved...

"This place was an absolute dump. They should be charging $5 usd or less. We arrived to the hotel and were soon brought to a neighboring property a block away. Conditions were gross. We just needed a place to put our bags but this place did not feel safe or secure. There was mold everywhere…."

Our room service was spot on and when we left the 'Do not disturb' sign on the door one day and the staff did not clean the room - the next day they left a lovely bowl of fruit to say sorry. "Barcelo truly has an Egypt vibe going on with the spacious lobby and black velvet chairs with gold accents. The Ramses Bar was elegant and resembles a library and the service from Joe (bartender) was the best! Only negative was the shower which did not work well."
