"The hotel is very well located, next to the Cairo museum. The room had a good space, was clean, the bed was comfy and they have one of the best breakfast buffets with a lot of variety."

"Lots of outside noise. Construction and dogs barking. Difficult to sleep. Poor location. Great hotel but two roads outside of hotel were closed. Recommend guests stay in downtown Cairo. Close to Giza is very rugged crowd and rugged roads. Power went out 3x during stay but came back on quickly "

"The property was beautiful, staff was very friendly, services were great, food was delicious. The only down falls were the location is very far from many of the museums/places to visit and visitors are only allowed in lobby and maybe pool side. So if you are visiting friends or family keep that in mind if wanting to book here. You may have to go elsewhere to have visitors. "

"The Hotel is nice , the area is noisy like the whole city. Staff friendly, they need a deepest cleaning to keep it more neat. I loved the stay with Pyramids view at the top roof, tops! "

"We enjoyed our stay, the food was great, facilities were clean and well maintained. Our room service was spot on and when we left the 'Do not disturb' sign on the door one day and the staff did not clean the room - the next day they left a lovely bowl of fruit to say sorry. The pool and pool area was wonderful. We will be staying here on our next visit to Cairo and recommend this delightful hotel."

They called the room to check in on us to make sure we were having a pleasant stay and if there was anything we needed. They even called to ask how the food was for room service. "

"Had a fabulous stay here. Staff were very helpful and kind. The rooms view was amazing, so close to the pyramids. The hotel itself was a little tired and would benefit from a refurbishment. I understand that these things can't be done straight away and after covid, tourism is on its way up so hopefully these improvements shall be done. Everything else was great. Thankyou so much. "
