"We were able to check in just after midnight. The front door was locked by this time for security, but the front desk answered the intercom, and the service was great, self check in was easy. The front desk staff speaks perfect english. The cocktail at the bar was delicious! "

Staff was exceptional— helpful, responsive, and friendly, Location was great — Uffizi, the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, etc. were easily walkable, and restaurants and shopping opportunities abound. Good breakfast."
