"Negative first- so prior to the holiday the hotel messaged to ask my room preferences. I messaged back and on arrival these had been completely ignored. We had been given twin beds rather than a double (2 twins connected together). Avoid the basement rooms as these are dark, without privacy, and noisy. The only negative would be the torn pleather headboards on the bed. Looks like a cat got a hold of them. For such a nice looking hotel, they should be tended to. "

"At the City Center, convenient location to tourist spots, train and the RLD! Lots of restaurants in area. Hotel staff always helpful, breakfast always awesome! Drawback is scent diffuser in lobby, their trademark scent. Room was adequate and they made sure our linens and towels were scent and fragrance free!!! Will stay again!!!"

"Ive stay at this hotel before but since there revamp it is a lot posher, it is excellent for its location and price,I’ve stayed at the Park hotel next door and payed a lot more money and it was no better in fact I would go as fare as to say it wasn’t as good. Definitely will stay there again "
