"Had a fantastic two night stay here - the hotel is a wonderful old building with lots of old features that make it quite unique. Staff to call out are Jason and Catherine who both went the extra mile to help make our stay seamless. We had dinner one night which was very tasty, the ambience is a nice buzzy atmosphere. Breakfast is a very varied menu to suit everyone and was very tasty too! The only issue was trying to find the carpark as it's not particularly well sign posted."

"Our second stay here and it certainly won’t be our last. Excellent Hotel. The only thing letting it down was the lack of USB connections in the bedroom. A minor point granted. The quality of the food is fabulous! "

"The spa is absolutely superb and worth the money. It’s very luxurious. Room was absolutely beautiful ! We did upgrade to the next level up from the standard room ( well worth it ) the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful and we will definitely be back."

"Room was lovely as was all communal areas, spa facilities were nice too. Was let down by room service (used mugs and spoons, missing towels and only replenished after chasing a couple of times. I feel this could be due to the fact there were 3 corporate events. Hotel was busy was Monday and Tuesday, I missed breakfast Tuesday due to late night service. Would recommend as close to NEC which served our purpose. Good reception staff and Jamie in evening service in Buffet was fab! "

"What an interesting place to stay! You’re absolutely surrounded by football - it feels like you’ve snuck behind the scenes (in a good way!) Only slight gripe I would have is room didn’t quite match the standard of the rest of the hotel - it’s quite compact for a family. But was fine for one night. Staff in the restaurant and the health club were all so friendly and helpful. Well worth a stay, especially if you like football!"

"The property is stunning. Absolutely gorgeous and beautifully maintained. Staff are all fantastic personalities and nothing is too much trouble. If had to be extremely picky - would say the bar is over priced and the pillows are too soft but nothing that effected our stay and would recommend to anyone."
