"It's a nice modern hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Room clean and thankfully quiet. A good night sleep was had on a comfortable bed. If you are going to the NEC or the airport it is very convenient. Would definitely stay here again."

"We requested an early check-in prior to our stay however received no reply from the hotel. However, upon arrival the staff were willing to accommodate our request. When we went to the room the room was open with dirty bedding still in the doorway, however the room itself had been cleaned and made up and the dirty bedding quickly removed.
