"It was difficult to find the entrance to the carpark for the hotel. Safe parking with barrier entry. €10 per night. Restaurant was the only place to eat in the evening due to refurbishment. "The hotel has a really great gym in comparison to the usual hotel gym. The sauna access was a nice surprise. The area where the hotel is located felt like a ghost town but the nearest metro station was about a 10 min walk away. A walk to the main center was about 30 minutes. Overall a good stay and no regrets but if you want to be closer to the action, this is probably not the place for you. "

"We stayed in a family room at this hotel (2 adults, a 2 year old and a 5 month old). The location of the hotel is perfect, just a short walk from Grand Place and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We were really impressed with the check in process. Our room was ready before 3pm and the staff member checking us in was very nice. She even gave our daughters a little toy each, which they absolutely loved.
