"This is a great hotel, nice and modern. All the staff were lovely and helpful, check in and out was easy. Hotel was spotlessly clean, the bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious, the fridge and safe were an added bonus. Loved the little window seat. Great secure parking, which we pre booked. "The hotel is in a brilliant location just one stop to Amsterdam Central Easy for the airport and bus terminal there too. Staff were friendly, pleasant and helpful. Room very comfortable, spacious enough and clean. Good continental breakfast Free drinks rather than towel change good idea. One small disappointment having to pay to leave luggage due to flight times, after check-out- €3 euros per person not terrible jyst unexpected I'd highly recommend the hotel brilliant value so thank you!! "

"Hotel is in a great location, 2 minutes walk from a selection of shops, restaurants, bus stop and tram stop. We were greeted by friendly staff, our room (Amsterdam) was clean and had everything we needed, shower was warm and powerful. We didn’t eat breakfast as we were out and about early both days but it looked great. We had a drink in the cafe/reception and the atmosphere was warm and friendly. Would love to come back to Amsterdam and would definitely stay at the Citiez again "
