"A lovely hotel with good sized rooms. The breakfast buffet had a very good selection, with views into a central garden area. The desk was manned 24/7, and car parking was available at front of the hotel, should you need it. It’s about 10-15 mins walk from the centre of Krakow, and close enough for many tours to offer hotel pick-up from here. The only thing I was unsure of was the frosted glass door into the toilet/shower room. Not a problem for a couple, but maybe a bit odd for a family. All...

"Just want to start off by saying both the reception ladies working there were very nice and gave me good recommendations for food upon arrival, they explain how to find currency exchange & how to navigate the city, and just overall felt very welcome for my first time ever in krakow and the country of Poland this hotel is located close to the train as well very walkable "

"Great hotel, could not accommodate early checkin however they held our bags and we were free to explore. Lovely bar for a night cap, which also served food if needed. Beds confortable, and very convenient for the old town, walked into the main town and train station, Jewish Quarter, well positioned for everywhere."

"It was great to find an aparthotel that had staff on hand during the day. I was able to drop my bags off early and have questions answered. The staff were very helpful. The accommodations have such character and I was glad they had a room for solo travellers. The area is great for food and drink - I ate so well at many places nearby. It was easy to connect with other areas of Krakow by tram stops within walking distance. Thank you for a wonderful stay. "
