"They give you all a good breakfast and excellent coffee free for most of your stay. The public bath is good, can and easy to use. My only problem was that the bed was very hard, but then I have upper and lower back problems."

"We took the shuttle from Chitose airport that left from the end outside near the police desk. Had to wait a bit after the plane landed but it was free so that was fine. There were a couple of places to walk to get dinner since which was good since we arrived after the hotel restaurant was closed. The breakfast was delicious and the onsen was nice. Rooms were small and overall a little outdated but a fine place to stay close to the airport. "

"Booked a futon suite for 4 adults. Smaller than it looks in photo. Bathroom really tiny. Was alright for an overnight stay. Shuttle to airport was a bonus."

"家族で宿泊しました。小さな子供を連れて行きましたが、スノーパークではそり遊びを楽しみ、スキーレッスンも受けることができました。子供たちも大喜びで、冬ならではの素敵な体験ができました。 遊んだ後は温泉でしっかり温まり、親もリラックス。ホテルの設備やサービスも充実しており、快適に過ごせました。 冬なので野球の試合は見れませんでしたが、球場の雰囲気から人気の理由が伝わってきました。次回はシーズン中に訪れて、観戦も楽しみたいです！家族連れにおすすめのホテルです。"

"It was the perfect find for a late night arrival in Hokkaido. Also appreciated the tip from the venue on the convenience of the express bus. We were a little uneasy with the instructions and whether we could actually access the room, but ultimately everything worked as intended. It’s quite narrow but perfect for 2 people. Lots of conbini and food options nearby, including a fantastic ramen shop an 8 minute walk away (open until 2am), where we had one of our favorite meals on the trip."

"Exceptional. A beautiful well appointed room very comfortable with all the ammenities expected. An oasis is how I would describe it The staff went above and beyond. We made this booking on the morning after our other hotel was affected by a mud slide. It is the the most memorable of all our stays in Hokkaido. Recommended to anyone. Thank you for our stay"
