"I had a single room which was a good size, comfortable and furnished with an armchair, desk, chest of drawers and a wardrobe, which is more than you get in a good many hotels. There was also a good sized and well equipped shower room. My only criticism is their choice of coffee, which could be improved considerably. All the parts of the hotel that I visited were scrupulously clean and there was a friendly and efficient team on hand 24/7."

"Really good stay, staff are always really helpful, room clean and comfortable. Sometimes the wifi can drop but it's manageble with working. Rooms nearby were quiet noisy this time, I've stayed before and never heard anyone, all was quiet by midnight and a good nights sleep. "We chose the fleece for its location, near Heysham port for our onward journey, but it is going to be a place we return to on other occasions. It was a great stay. The room ws spacious with a large comfortable bed. The breakfast was good. The food during the evening meal was delicious using local produce like Garstang blue cheese, locally smoked fish etc. It has local community evenings too. "
