"Second time staying in Canyon Hotels & Resorts Boracay and my stay was even better this time around. The staff from the driver to the housekeeping department were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is not full spread but I also paid way below 50 USD per night. So value for money can not be beat. "Hotel was good but it’s far away which is nice if you like peace and quiet away from the business. No amenities like telephone in room or toothbrush. Nearby beach was excellent Overall, a good stay and I would stay there again. "

"Very quaint hotel with a beautiful pool. The breakfast is simple, yet delicious, and the staff are extremely kind and professional. It is a 3 minute walk to the beach along a private path. I would also recommend the room service massage as a must. "

"Hotel steps are so kind and the room condition is good enough for their price. There are few ants unfortunately but I don't care much. It was a great time to enjoy the tides hotel. Also the rooftop bar was great."

"The staff was very helpful and courteous, and the room was awesome. I have arthritis in my knees, sometimes making it difficult to move around. Unfortunately, during this trip, my knees were worse than normal. We were on the second floor. having the down button the elevator not working meant I needed to walk down the stairs. That was uncomfortable. "

"Staff were friendly, and helpful. Check in was very easy, even a little early which was very kind. Room was a good size, clean, aircon was cold and comfortable. Shower had hot water and good pressure. Bed was comfortable and large with 2 pillows. Area felt safe and great walkable path to the beach. Front desk offers beach towels, pool on the roof had a great view of the ocean and sunset for not being directly on the beach. Great hotel stay and value for money."

"outside property is not so appealing, its not ocean front but just about 2 minutes walk to the ocean. What amazed me is the staff. They are super friendly. It will surpass everyone expection. It feels a genuine service , not just because its their job. Overall I trully recommend this place."

"We are from California, but are Filipinos. Stayed with small kids. Good to stay in a place that is locally-owned. They have live band and bbq stand. Complimentary buffet breakfast which is nice. Polite and accommodating staff."

"I was lucky to book the Seaview Room, which had a nice view of the beach. I was a bit disappointed though that the view from the verandah was partially obstructed by the roof of the hotel restaurant (my room was on the 2nd floor). "A very good beach front location in station 1. All rooms are located in one building in front of the beach, unlike other hotels where only the expensive rooms are located at the beach front. The hotel's cheapest room, where I stayed, is smaller and with the same price you can get a bigger room in other hotels located in station 2 or 3. In fairness, the room is clean and comfy. Highly recommended for a peaceful stay!

"If you are after peace and tranquility, this is the place for you. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre. The hotel provides a shuttle service with a schedule so you can choose the times you wanted to go out for the night or for the day. The hotel’s nearby beach is the cleanest and calmest I found. There are no shops nearby so I would advise travellers to shop from the centre first to bring to the hotel. It has a homey feel and the building has a character. The staff are very friendly and courteous. They even provided a wheelchair for our elderly si she could enjoy the beach scenery during our stay. "
