"Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were attentive and helpful. Free breakfast were delicious with lots of options. Across the street from beach. Transport required a little bit of walking as the e-jeepney tends to wait a little further (only a few minutes walk and only an inconvenience of raining). "I only stayed one night in Areca B&B so I had limited experience. The room I got didn't look like the pictures, instead I had a small kitchen and a separate toilet/shower. The toilet room is also really small so might be challenging to sit down if you're really tall/big. It felt like lower standard than what it looks like in the pictures, but I didn't really mind this since I only stayed one night. We had trouble with our reservation but she made every possible way to resolve it and provided us great service w/ the food and room. She does it all. As for the room and hotel, it needs an upgrade. The room is not clean. Cant even sleep and shower because of the condition of the bed and shower area."
