Location is top notch, right in the center of everything. Staff is friendly and helpful, kudos to them. Can’t give it a 5 star experience because of the infrastructure. Even though clean and maintained it is visibly old, the door of my bathroom was broken. Other than that my recommendation.

We ended up leaving after 1 night. They charged us an extra $100 for a room that fit 4 people yet insisted that our kids stayed free. Therefore, our kids were not entitled to towels. We would have had to of paid for a towel (pool and bath) for each of them every day. The condition of the room was extremely run down, not at all what is represented in the pictures. The shower wouldn’t drain so we could only shower for 2 minutes at a time. We brought out concerns to them and they did nothing about it. When we decided to leave early, the my refused to refund the remaining nights of our stay. All in all, a very stingy property that does not advertise truthfully. Would not recommend staying here.

This property is in a great location in D’mall. The gym is very nice and so is the pool. I don’t recommend the breakfast there. You can eat somewhere nearby with better food options. The staff is very nice. I did the 1.5 hour massage and it was heavenly! The pedicure is not a spa pedicure so don’t expect a lot for 950 PhP. Overall, I enjoyed staying here.

Great hotel right smack in the middle of the D’Mall. Fabulous facilities and location. All day menu. Awesome rooftop pool with evening buffet dinner and live music. Very helpful and professional staff. 2 minutes walk to the beach and Surrounded by a hundreds of restaurants, clothing shops, ice cream parlours and bars. 3 minutes walk to the main road for a E-tricycle or other transport. Reasonable price. Highly recommend and Would definitely stay here again

A few major problems
do not understand the high rating for this hotel. I paid for deluxe room, no view and could not even open the curtain because they was a constant flow of people walking right past the sliding door. . The bed was hard as a rock… don’t they realize most western travelers want at least medium firm or softer? There was a horrible band played every night on the rooftop cranked up, way too loud playing boring classic rock .impossible to escape the sound.

The hotel is modern. They provided toiletries and even when we asked for resupplies. Staff were nice and helpful. The moment we came to the room it was warm. Well, they should have at least turn the aircon on when they have guests coming but they did not. We had to call the receptionist and we have to give extra 200 pesos for extra key to be left in the room so the aircon will stay on. That 200 pesos will be given back on the time of departure which is good. Their breakfast was plated. Wish they have dried fish and pancit bihon in their breakfast. We surely be back in this hotel.

First room given to us had a big roach greeting us when we opened the toilet door. That alone was already enough to make hubby want to pack up and move to another hotel but instead i requested for a room change thinkin maybe it's not all that bad. We were upgraded to a premier room on the 2nd level. Big spacious room. Unfortunately, that's the only good thing about it. The aircon was dripping, rainshower head was rusty, bed mattress was so hard, the sink's drain within the room have a bad cockroach smell emanating from it and the tv counter top have ants crawling all over. Location was the only good thing of this hotel as it is right inside dmall. Plenty of food choices around the area and shopping too.
