Reception did not deliver additional towel, had to collect. Poor lighting in our room, missing floor lamp. Awoken each night of our three nights by someone walking up and down outside the hotel on their phone. After going to challenge them on the third night it appears it was the hotel's night porter! Standards are slipping at The Village...
