"The Knighton Hotel is quiet and well-located. Unfortunately, they don't do meals, although they do have a coffee shop, which I didn’t try as I was out allday walking. The evening I arrived there was a leak through the inspection hatch in the ceiling of my room. When I reported it I was instantly moved to another and larger room (turned out the leak was coming from the shower in the room above). Good service there. "It is just the kind of inn we imagined for our stay in Wales. They serve good food and drinks, have a good mix of friendly local and is very clean. Unfortunately the ceilings are too low for me in much of the inn, including parts of our second floor room. I am 6’ 6" so it might not bother others. All in all, I like the place giving it extra points for charm and atmosphere. "
