"Phone before booking and ask if pool was available for kid to have a swim told yes don't close until 10 to find out kids cant swim after 7 pm so wasnt happy but the girl jade behind desk was so nice and apologetic and gave us ticket for starbucks for next day drink also late check out so my boy can get a swim ........not like was the lifts were out and the girl behind counter at swimming had bad attitude "

We booked two rooms as we are a family of 7. When booking, we left a message asking for the rooms to be connected or at least on the same floor, but the hotel did not pass on the information.
