Check in and check out on point and when we asked for some towels we got them in minutes. I recommend this place without any doubt. "

"Very convenient location and parking. Lovely area in central Newbury which is pedestrianised during the day. Nice hotel rooms sympathetically modernised with character. Staff very very helpful. Only negative was noise after 10 pm of customers in the outside area. They weren’t being rowdy but the sound carried enough to keep us awake. "

Very convenient. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. I won't stay anywhere else now when I visit the family. "We had a very nicely renovated large room on the second floor of the main building, looking out onto the pedestrian High Street. A little noise from the party-goers, but got to sleep fine. Buffet breakfast was plentiful but nothing special, ie bacon overdone, cheap sausages and weak filtered coffee but nice croissant and pastries."
