"We stayed here as we were attending a 2 day event at the International Centre. It was very well placed for this and good value. I would like to say how lovely and friendly the reception and cleaning staff were. Made the stay very pleasureable."

"The staff were lovely, there were several fast food options nearby. Breakfast was ok and had grab bags so you could grab extra bits to go. The hotel is located in a retail park off the motorway so didn’t seem like there was anywhere to walk nearby but the local town was only a 10 minute drive and had a beautiful park, bakeries and old Tudor buildings. "

"Primary check in was good, receptionist was very pleasant. Rooms seemed absolutely fine on arrival, i had plans, so wasnt in the room long. On my return, admittedly late in the evening, the front doors were locked and there was no way to gain entry using keycard. There was, however, a doorbell. Which I must have pressed about 6-8 times before the door finally opened to an empty reception. It wpuldnt have been so bad, were there even somewhere to greet me and apologise, however I'd been standing...

"Perfect location as we were going to the Gateshouse Theatre, which was just a few minutes walk. We did eat there and the food was nice. The room was ideal for the evening, the only negative was we couldn't turn the radiator off or down. Staff throughout were very helpful and friendly. We would stay there again if we were in the area."

"Close to Telford Centre, shops, train station and eateries (within walking distance) Lovely hotel, room clean, reception nice and friendly, all amenities needed in the room. Didnt eat at the restaurant so cant comment on food. Only negatives, room was a little cold and you can hear noise from corridors and other rooms but wasnt excessive. "
