"Not as good as it used to be. Lots of cut backs. Cheap toilet rolls. Only 2 tea bags. No biscuits. 2 coffee 2 sugars. And 2 stir stick. No teaspoons anymore. Qaulity of breakfast not as it used to be. Cheaper products everywhere. No granola. Muesli, cheap cornflakes or cheap cocopops. Yogurt watery. Fruit hard. Bread was nice. Nice butter. Hp sauce a bonus. Coffee machine did a tasty latte and cappuccinos. Staff always friendly. "

"I decided to try this instead of a conventional hotel room.The fully equipped kitchen meant I was able to cook for myself, so I could eat what I wanted.The apartment was very comfortable, especially the bed. We had to ask reception to increase the heating as we were unable to adjust within the room. Need to do a bit more work with housekeeping, dropped a ring on the floor and had to move th bed, which highlighted that the space underneath hadnt been cleaned in a while. "We booked the apartment in August 2023 so the family could attend a music event which was local to apartment. On the day of Travel 26th April 2024 the booking was cancelled via email.. No phone call to warn us but an alternative 30+ miles away was offered in the email. Unfortunetly many other people have fallen fowl to this sort of approach due to many hotels being sold out and high prices starting to appear due to both the music event and a Wolves home football game. Many hotels coming back up...
