Staff were helpful and friendly but I wasn’t told they’d take a £50 deposit, and I wasn’t told what this was for either- it leaves my bank account instantly but takes a week to come back into my account. I waited to checkin after 2. pm. apart from this I can't fault the room or breakfast . it was excellent. I would definitely , maybe stay there again. "

"Arrived at tea time, check in straight forward member of staff very helpful, went to room very disappointed as it was a cold evening and room was very cold. Went for food was informed no need to book, wrong, eatery was packed only 1 wonky table available but was able to swap to another soon after ordering. Menu not great ok if you love burgers/pizza.. settled down for sleep around 10pm but must have been above or very close yo function room as DJ & music was extremely loud. Managed to fall...

"I am so happy that this hotel exists - now a go to first choice hotel whenever I’m in the city. The room is spacious and the service was excellent. They put customers in a high regards. I went to the fitness area and while it is small it is clean with all the equipment you need when you want to get moving. Furthermore the bar looked excellent and had a range of options which I appreciated. Based on location I find that it is so conveniently placed with a range of parking options. Wish I took...
