"10 out of 10 for the staff, who were welcoming and helpful. The location of the property is very good for exploring Rye, a short walk away. The room size was good, however the window locks are old and ineffective, and I noted a fire door propped open, giving people access from the street. Needs some money spent on it to bring up to standard, but as I said, staff were great. "

The hotel is well situated with best view of the sea ive experienced in all the hotels ive stayed at in Eastbourn. Standards were good for the price. Not really luxury but perfectly ok."
