"Birds farm is a lovely place to stay for the local Essex or Sussex area. Very quiet in the evenings, despite being just off a busy road. Great facilities, good comfy beds, very warm heating and well supplied cooking facilities. A pool for summer, grounds and a Summer house and a well stocked games room for kids if the weather is bad. "We stayed for one night in the family room which was spacious, well equipped and comfortable. Breakfat in the morning is highly recommended."

"The staff were very helpful. The location was perfect. The room by the courtyard garden was quite cold for a stay in January, the bed had a thin fleece blanket over the duvet, but could do with something thicker for January. Breakfast had a brilliant selection, and the staff were very attentive."
