"The room was clean and comfortable, although the position of the bed meant that I could clearly hear people using the toilet in the room next door. The toilet in my room made a loud humming noise while the cistern was filling but it only lasted for about 5 minutes each time. It was a good value stay in Portsmouth though"

"Good location if you do want to stay in the city itself. Good motorway access. Comfortable bed. Free parking. Tea/coffee in the room. Breakfast included. Arrived a couple of hours before check in time but had rooms already available so no need to kill time."

"This hotel was a pleasant experience for me and my grandson. The staff were friendly with us and always happy to help us if we needed it. Our room was set up nicely for when we first arrived at the hotel, and we can’t thank the staff enough for their efforts during our stay at the hotel. The food there was nice, and was quick and easy to get. The surrounding shops in Gunwharf Quays provided things for us to do during the day, and even if we did get bored of that, there were other things to do. I...

"Staff were all very welcoming and helpful,room and over all hotel was clean but very outdated. We were supplied amenities kettle, tea/ coffee, clean towels and toiletries which was really nice. The only real problem we had was through the night our shower made sporadic loud gurgling noises that i assumed was the neighbours flushing their toilet. The shower gurgled and some backflow water came out of the drain on to the shower floor. It woke us up a few times.over all it was a pleasant stay"
