"My husband and I were attending a wedding downtown and chose to stay at Hyatt Place. It was our first stay and we really enjoyed it. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfy, and we enjoyed the art work throughout the hotel as well. "

"Nice place to stay. It was odd that they had no caffeinated coffee for the free breakfast the first day. How does that happen? Also, no hot water early in the morning. We weren't checking out early so we waited a few hours and it came back. Friendly staff, comfy beds. Would stay here again. "

The breakfast area filled up early with very hungry folks, so the fruit ran out quickly. The front desk staff were polite but not particularly helpful or friendly -clearly not there to be of service The elevators were very slow. The stairwells were under repair. Our bed was comfortable, the bathroom very clean. adjusting heat and a/c is restricted."
